Employment, education or training can often feel like a pipe dream when you come from generational unemployment or have so much self doubt that you haven't got the right background or education to even try. Together we can make a positive change.

Career Coaching Workshop

An interactive and relatable 3-day course aimed at those not in employment, education or training.

This course will offer job search, CV and interview tips helping to plant the seeds of self confidence.

CV workshop and job advert support

CV writing can be daunting for most of us, even more so when you don't have any work experience.

This 1 day workshop focuses solely on developing and tailoring CVs to job adverts to help hone and define key skills.

CSR Programmes

Are you interested in engaging your employees in interactive and meaningful programmes? Does your business want to make a difference in young lives?

We will tailor a CSR, or engagement programmes, specific to your business that helps to combat youth unemployment.

Experienced in developing skills-based volunteering for businesses

Chemtai previously collaborated with Tomorrow's People, a charity which supported young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs). Corporate funding was invested to develop and deliver skills-based volunteering workshops across the UK.

Taking on the role of Corporate Relationship Manager, tailored programmes were co-designed with businesses, and delivered by members of staff to young people aged 16-24 as a part of a CSR commitment.

The programmes focused on career and life skills and helped to change the lives of young people giving them gain confidence and an insight into work.
